1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuickStok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those on the free plan and paid Pro subscribers.
2. Description of Service
QuickStok is an AI-powered inventory management platform designed for independent cafes and small food businesses. The Service includes inventory tracking, AI receipt scanning, reorder alerts, recipe COGS calculation, supplier spend analytics, and related features accessible via quickstok.ai.
3. Account Registration
To use QuickStok, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password, or by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@quickstok.ai.
4. Free Plan and Paid Subscriptions
Free Plan: QuickStok offers a free tier with limited features, including up to 50 inventory items, 5 AI receipt scans per month, and basic order alerts. The free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Pro Plan: The Pro plan is available at $29/month (billed monthly), $75/quarter (billed quarterly), or $240/year (billed annually). Pro subscribers receive unlimited inventory items, unlimited AI receipt scans, unlimited recipes, PDF order sheets, and priority support. All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize QuickStok to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@quickstok.ai for a full refund. After 7 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuickStok only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: — Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations — Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent inventory or receipt data — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data — Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content — Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service — Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written permission
7. Data and Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all inventory data, receipt data, and content you upload to QuickStok. By using the Service, you grant QuickStok a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating and improving QuickStok. We will never sell your data to third parties.
8. AI Features and Accuracy
QuickStok uses AI models to extract data from receipts, suggest par levels, and generate inventory recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated data before acting on it. QuickStok is not liable for business decisions made based on AI recommendations.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. QuickStok may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickStok and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to QuickStok in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or to the Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@quickstok.ai. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of QuickStok after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
